Welcome to the ATA Association website. The purpose of our Association is to bring like minded individuals and companies together to form a strong buying group. To be eligible for Association membership you must be between the ages of 18 and 65 and employed or eligible for employment either as the owner of a small business, a self-employed person, a contractor, or an employee of a small business either full or part time. The Association is a Non-Profit Association.
As a member of the ATA you automatically receive all the Association discount benefits which include access to the Aetna dental network, the Coast to Coast Vision Network of providers, Beltone Hearing and ClearSounds Hearing Centers. We also provide you and your family access to Tele-Doc, diabetic supplies at a discount, travel and auto rental discounts and a number of other beneficial savings programs for you and your family or business.
All Association members also are eligible to enroll in one of our guaranteed issue health plans underwritten by Serve America Assurance LTD. We do not offer Major Medical plans but rather benefit plans that are classified as limited benefit indemnity plans.
We offer both a limited benefit plan referred to as mini-medical plans with benefits from $300, $500 or up to $1,000 a day if you are hospitalized and coverage for office visits and tests as well as surgical benefits for both in and out-patient surgical procedures.
We also offer plans that are the next generation of limited benefit plans called Per Occurrence plans which have a $25 co-pay at the doctors office and from $2,500 up to $7,500 benefit per occurrence paid at either 80%/20% or 90%/10% co-pay.
With both type plans all Association members also are covered by an Accident Medical Plan which pays up to an additional $25,000 in benefits for an accidental injury over and above the health plan benefits you would receive.
Additionally with both types of health plans we provide you access to an insured prescription plan through Express Scripts with significant discounts for your medication needs. Express Scripts also offers a mail order pharmacy for maintenance medications as well. Our plans also offer access to a large national PPO organization with over 350,000 providers to choose from.
